Concord Ridge

The Concord Ridge development consists of condominiums, townhouses and single family homes.

The Brandon I and II condominium/town homes are both 1 bedroom + den, 1 1/2 baths and include a full basement.

The Brandon I has a sliding glass door to the yard from the living room while the Brandon II has a more spacious kitchen with pantry, utility closet and a separate entry to the rear yard. The 3rd condominium model, The Exeter features 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, patio and basement. The living room boasts a wood burning fireplace and sliding doors leading to a patio.

Some Exeter’s have 2 1/2 baths. Prices range from $200,000 to $250,000.

The townhouse models at Concord Ridge include the Chelmsford, Devonshire, Exeter, Farrington, Georgetown, and Wexford.

The Chelmsford model features 2 master bedrooms each with its own ceramic tiled full bathroom, 1 car attached garage, 2 decks, and a basement. The Farrington model town home has 2 master bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, basement and deck. Features include a sunken living room with wood burning fireplace and entry to rear deck. The spacious eat-in-kitchen includes a bay window and window seat. One bathroom includes a large soaking tub.

The Wexford model features 2 master bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 1 car attached garage with an entry to the laundry room, basement and deck. There is also a masonry fireplace in the living/dining room.

Maintenance fees are $230/month and includes lawn care and mowing, snow and trash removal as well as exterior maintenance.

There is a club house, pool, tennis courts, playgrounds, bicycle and jogging paths. Prices range from $225,000 to $350,000.

There are also Concord Ridge single family homes, 3-4 bedrooms ranging in price from $400,000 to $450,000.
